I think about connection a lot when it comes to boudoir. I think about how I am connecting with the person in front of my lens. I think about how they are connecting with themselves. And I think about how those connections are so important. It's easy to be guarded and closed off, especially when you don't really know someone or when you have been through a lot of past traumas that may try to resurface. Closing yourself off, guarding yourself, makes it easy to not get hurt. However, it hinders the necessary growth that brings about healing and wholeness.

I want every person who stands in front of my lens to be able to find that deep connection with themself. I want them to be able to have that stay open and no be such a daunting thing. I want them to start once more being more in tune with their whole self - body, mind, soul. It has always been my goal to be open and honest with every person who comes to me for a boudoir experience because this is truly at it's core a vulnerable experience.

Meeting Taylor was a beautiful experience and she is one of those humans who you feel drawn too. I feel so honored that our paths crossed and we had this morning to connect.
